2. Information We Collect

3. Purpose of Information Collection

3.1 API Access Control (Device ID)

The App uses a custom backend API to perform AI analysis. To prevent unauthorized access to this API, we have implemented an authentication system using Device ID and AppID. Device IDs are used solely for security purposes and are not intended to identify individual users.

3.2 AI Analysis (OpenAI API)

Pregnancy test images captured or selected by users are sent to the OpenAI API for AI analysis. The submitted images are used by OpenAI for processing and analysis.

OpenAI's Use of Images

  • Submitted images may be used for AI model training
  • Images are handled in accordance with OpenAI's Privacy Policy
  • Generally, only pregnancy test images are submitted

3.3 Ad Delivery (AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements. Information such as advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) is collected for ad delivery and effectiveness measurement.

3.4 Usage Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

The App uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze app usage. This allows us to collect statistical data for app improvement, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy, and collected information is handled in accordance with their respective policies.

Cookies and Advertising Identifiers

The App uses Google's cookies and advertising identifiers for ad delivery and usage analytics. This means that user information may be automatically collected.

You can opt-out of cookies and advertising identifiers through your device settings.

5. Data Retention and Management

5.1 Device ID

Device IDs are stored in the Firestore database and do not have an expiration date. They are continuously used for API security purposes.

5.2 Data by Third-Party Services

The retention period for data submitted to Google and OpenAI is subject to each service's privacy policy. Please refer to each service's privacy policy for details.

5.3 Data Security Management

We take reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, tampering, and unauthorized access to collected information. However, as complete security cannot be guaranteed for internet communications, please manage your information at your own responsibility.

6.1 Right to Access

6.2 Right to Correct/Delete

If your personal information is incorrect or if you wish to delete it, you may request correction or deletion from us. However, information required by law for retention or information necessary for legitimate business purposes may not be deletable.

You may request us to stop using your personal information.

6.4 App Uninstallation

To stop data collection, please uninstall the App. Uninstalling will delete data on your device. However, data already submitted to third-party services will be handled in accordance with their respective policies.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose collected information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  1. When we have obtained your consent
  2. When we receive a disclosure request based on laws and regulations
  3. When necessary to protect human life, body, or property
  4. When especially necessary for public health improvement or healthy child development
  5. When necessary to cooperate with government agencies or local governments in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations
  6. When disclosing to third-party services listed in this Policy (Google, OpenAI, etc.)

8. Privacy of Minors

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.

Parents and guardians, if your child has used the App and provided personal information, please contact us. We will take necessary measures such as deleting the information.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may change this Policy at any time. The revised Policy will become effective when posted on this page. We may notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications.
